But then when your favorite small friends come bounding in with their cards and candy in tow and they just can't keep their little bodies still, you remember. You remember that parties are a snapshot of adventure. You get a different perspective on a freshly decorated familiar room. You get to act different playing and dancing when you're normally sitting. And of course, you get to consume an obnoxious amount of sugar. For adults, parties are sort of like vacation. But since in preschool, vacation is pretty much what we do ALL the time, parties are just that-another excuse to celebrate. An excu
